1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our services. By using the app, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Authentication via Roblox

  • Our app allows you to authenticate using your Roblox account via OAuth 2.0.
  • We do not store your Roblox login credentials.
  • Your use of Roblox services is subject to Roblox's own Terms of Service.

4. User-Generated Content

  • You may create custom skins, clothing items, and other content for Roblox.
  • You must not upload or create content that is inappropriate, infringing, or violates Roblox's Community Standards.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

  • We do not claim ownership of user-generated content.
  • The app itself, including its features, design, and branding, is our intellectual property.
  • "Roblox" is a trademark of Roblox Corporation. We are not affiliated with Roblox Corporation.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our services.
  • Violate Roblox's Terms of Service.

7. Subscriptions & Payments

  • We offer subscription plans (e.g., yearly and weekly) for premium features.
  • All payments are processed through the App Store and subject to Apple's payment policies.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Our app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for actions taken on Roblox accounts, including content moderation decisions by Roblox.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted within the app and will take effect immediately upon posting.
